3D printable STL miniatures
Downloadable digital sculptures made for hobbyists who create their own physical miniature figures.

Illustrative brand artwork — not photographs of final printable STL models.
What is an STL miniature?
An STL file describes the surface geometry of a three-dimensional object. A hobbyist imports that file into 3D-printing preparation software, scales and supports it as necessary, slices it for a compatible printer, then prints a physical object. An STL file is not itself a physical figure and usually does not include color, texture maps or print instructions embedded in the geometry.
What Outlaw Models plans to offer
Our first proposed release focuses on modern civilians: pedestrians, friends, workers, shoppers and diecast scene participants. The goal is original sculpture rather than copies of characters or recognizable branded designs. We intend to supply downloadable STL models, with the exact file list, sizes, support status and license posted before any pledges are requested.
How printing will work
- Receive your digital files after fulfillment begins.
- Choose a scale and inspect details such as hands, ankles and bags before printing.
- Import the file into a compatible slicer; use prepared supports if supplied or place your own.
- Print, wash and cure resin safely according to manufacturer instructions.
- Remove supports, finish and paint the miniature.
What equipment do I need?
A resin printer is often preferred for small human miniatures because it can capture fine facial features and clothing detail. Filament printers may work for larger figures depending on the printer, nozzle and design. You'll also need appropriate software, protective equipment, and safe resin handling and curing facilities.
